Isabel Santos Moura


Has a degree in Modern Languages and Literatures, a post-graduate degree in Information Sciences and and a Master in Education and Libraries, whose dissertation won 2nd place in the Raúl Proença Award, which aims to distinguish research work in the area of information sciences.

Librarian at ISCAP, also works as a freelance proofreader for publishers and city councils. Founder and editorial coordinator of Storyteller Editora. So far, has written and published five children’s books, dealing with different themes such as animal and nature protection and racism.

She is currently applying for a PhD in Documentation Sciences at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Her research interests involve the history of books, bibliotherapy and the role of libraries in the formation and de-formatting of mentalities.
