{"id":26999,"date":"2026-03-09T09:23:52","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T09:23:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iscap.pt\/gri\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=26999"},"modified":"2026-03-09T09:28:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T09:28:13","password":"","slug":"preparacao-da-candidatura","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.iscap.pt\/gri\/docs\/preparacao-da-candidatura\/","title":{"rendered":"Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da Candidatura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ap\u00f3s receberes a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da institui\u00e7\u00e3o\/empresa de acolhimento, deves formalizar a candidatura, preparar e submeter a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p><b>1.Formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Candidatura<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Mobilidade de Estudos:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Passo 1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Preenche os documentos de candidatura:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plano de Estudos (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Studies<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plano de Equival\u00eancias (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learning Agreement <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Passo 2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Envia o Plano de Estudos assinado por ti e pelo(a) coordenador(a) de mobilidade para a institui\u00e7\u00e3o de acolhimento, com conhecimento do GRI-ISCAP, para recolha de assinatura por parte da institui\u00e7\u00e3o de acolhimento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Nota:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Caso a institui\u00e7\u00e3o de acolhimento j\u00e1 esteja a usar o Dashboard do EWP (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Erasmus Without Papers<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio preencher o Plano de Estudos em papel. Deves seguir as instru\u00e7\u00f5es para preencher o <\/span>OLA (Online Learning Agreement).<\/p>\n<p><b>Passo 3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Envia para o GRI-ISCAP os dois documentos acima assinados, no prazo indicado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Nota:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Se o Plano de Estudos for o OLA, s\u00f3 \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio enviar o Plano de Equival\u00eancias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Aten\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O estudante deve obter um reconhecimento m\u00ednimo de <\/span>21 cr\u00e9ditos ECTS (<em>European Credit Transfer System<\/em>) e um reconhecimento m\u00e1ximo de 40 cr\u00e9ditos ECTS por semestre, salvo exce\u00e7\u00f5es aprovadas pelo(a) coordenador(a) de mobilidade.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">O estudante n\u00e3o pode frequentar unidades curriculares na institui\u00e7\u00e3o de acolhimento j\u00e1 frequentadas no ISCAP.<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O estudante n\u00e3o pode frequentar unidades curriculares no ISCAP j\u00e1 frequentadas na institui\u00e7\u00e3o de acolhimento.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Mobilidade de Est\u00e1gio:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Passo 1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Preenche o Plano de Est\u00e1gio (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Traineeships<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) e, caso necess\u00e1rio, outros documentos indicados pela institui\u00e7\u00e3o\/empresa de acolhimento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Passo 2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Envia o(s) documento(s) assinados por ti e pelo(a) coordenador(a) de mobilidade para a institui\u00e7\u00e3o\/empresa de acolhimento, com conhecimento do GRI-ISCAP, para recolha de assinatura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Passo 3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Envia para o GRI-ISCAP o(s) documento(s) assinado(s), no prazo indica<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>2.Seguros de Responsabilidade Civil e de Sa\u00fade<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dentro dos <\/span>27 pa\u00edses da UE, na Isl\u00e2ndia, no Liechtenstein e na Noruega<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, o estudante em mobilidade est\u00e1 protegido pela ap\u00f3lice de seguro de responsabilidade civil que subscreveu no momento da matr\u00edcula no ISCAP (excluem-se os estudantes rec\u00e9m diplomados) e todos podem receber os cuidados m\u00e9dicos necess\u00e1rios, no sistema p\u00fablico, atrav\u00e9s do <\/span>Cart\u00e3o Europeu de Seguro de Doen\u00e7a<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fora destes pa\u00edses, os estudantes devem subscrever seguros que cubram, pelo menos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atividades desenvolvidas na institui\u00e7\u00e3o\/empresa de acolhimento<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despesas de sa\u00fade<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em qualquer dos casos, os estudantes podem subscrever outros seguros de viagem, responsabilidade civil e de sa\u00fade, que cubram:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsabilidade civil profissional (mobilidade de est\u00e1gios)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acidentes e doen\u00e7as graves (incluindo incapacidade permanente ou tempor\u00e1ria)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Morte (incluindo repatria\u00e7\u00e3o em caso de projetos desenvolvidos no estrangeiro)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os estudantes rec\u00e9m diplomados devem, obrigatoriamente, subscrever um seguro de responsabilidade civil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>3. Assinatura da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Compromisso<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Envia ao GRI-ISCAP a <\/span>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Compromisso<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">
