{"id":27002,"date":"2026-03-09T09:35:05","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T09:35:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iscap.pt\/gri\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=27002"},"modified":"2026-03-13T15:16:57","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T15:16:57","password":"","slug":"preparacao-do-contrato-financeiro-erasmus","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.iscap.pt\/gri\/docs\/preparacao-do-contrato-financeiro-erasmus\/","title":{"rendered":"Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do Contrato Financeiro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para poderes receber a bolsa de mobilidade <\/span>ERASMUS+<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio proceder \u00e0 emiss\u00e3o, assinatura e envio do contrato financeiro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Emiss\u00e3o do Contrato<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Passo 1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Preenche o question\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Passo 2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Anexa os documentos que s\u00e3o pedidos ao question\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Passo 3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Submete o question\u00e1rio dentro do prazo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Aten\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> O preenchimento do question\u00e1rio \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio para a emiss\u00e3o do contrato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Preenchimento do Contrato<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Passo 1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Imprime o contrato enviado por e-mail pelo GRI-ISCAP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Passo 2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Preenche e assina o contrato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Passo 3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Anexa o <\/span>Guia Informativo Mobilidade ERASMUS+, a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o ERASMUS+ e o Compromisso de Honra<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, preenchidos e assinados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Passo 4<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Envia o contrato e os anexos, por e-mail, para o GCRI-P. PORTO com conhecimento do GRI-ISCAP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>C\u00e1lculo da Bolsa de Mobilidade ERASMUS+<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O valor da bolsa atribu\u00edda \u00e9 calculado com base no pa\u00eds de destino, tipologia de viagem e dura\u00e7\u00e3o do per\u00edodo de mobilidade (calculado ao dia), desde que cumpridos os per\u00edodos m\u00ednimos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Mobilidade de estudos<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 meses (mobilidade f\u00edsica)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 a 30 dias (mobilidade mista, com componente virtual obrigat\u00f3ria)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Mobilidade de est\u00e1gio<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 meses (mobilidade f\u00edsica)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 a 30 dias (mobilidade mista, com componente virtual obrigat\u00f3ria)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Aten\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> O incumprimento do per\u00edodo m\u00ednimo de mobilidade obriga \u00e0 devolu\u00e7\u00e3o do valor da bolsa atribu\u00eddo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consulta a tabela de valores da bolsa ERASMUS+, para mobilidade de estudos e de est\u00e1gio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Pagamento da Bolsa de Mobilidade ERASMUS+<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At\u00e9 <\/span><b>45 dias<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ap\u00f3s o envio do contrato assinado, o estudante recebe <\/span><b>80% do valor da bolsa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os restantes <\/span><b>20%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u00e3o recebidos no final da mobilidade, ap\u00f3s submiss\u00e3o, no formul\u00e1rio enviado por e-mail pelo <\/span>GCRI-P. PORTO<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, da seguinte documenta\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificado de Mobilidade (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificate Student Mobility Studies<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificado de Aproveitamento (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transcript of Records<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plano de Estudos (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Studies<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) atualizado<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plano de Equival\u00eancias (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learning Agreement<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) atualizado<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comprovativos de execu\u00e7\u00e3o das viagens de desloca\u00e7\u00e3o (cart\u00f5es de embarque, bilhetes de comboio ou autocarro, despesas com combust\u00edvel e portagens)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Mobilidade ERASMUS+ com Financiamento Zero<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os estudantes podem fazer mobilidade com os mesmos direitos e deveres dos bolseiros, mesmo que:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o tenham obtido bolsa<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenham obtido bolsa por um per\u00edodo inferior ao desejado<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Para poderes receber a bolsa de mobilidade ERASMUS+, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio proceder \u00e0 emiss\u00e3o, assinatura e envio do contrato financeiro.
