Choosing the courses you want to follow from the <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iscap.pt\/gri\/exchange-programme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Exchange Programme<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p><p>2. Filling in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iscap.pt\/gri_ers\/ers\/1\/main.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ISCAP Agreement online<\/a><\/strong> and printing it as a pdf document to be signed and uploaded in the e-application form.\u00a0<\/p><p>3. Preparing all required documents (see below) to be uploaded in the e-application form;<\/p><p>4. Filling in the <a href=\"https:\/\/online.iscap.ipp.pt\/grisurvey\/index.php\/21231?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">e-application<\/span><\/a> form.<\/p><p>Before starting the e-application, students must read the requirements and prepare all the necessary documents:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Documents to be uploaded in the e-application (all documents should be saved as JPG \/ PNG \/PDF and properly signed before uploaded):<br \/><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 &#8211; Photo;<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; ID\/Passport copy;<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; Language competency proof (minimum B2);<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0&#8211; Transcript of Records<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0&#8211; ISCAP\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iscap.pt\/gri_ers\/ers\/1\/main.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Learning Agreement<\/span><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/learning-agreement.eu\/\">OLA<\/a>;<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1-VA33sB1xJnFehuwBhsjQT7346tIS1dvEYvgeiWSVCc\/edit#responses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Project Description<\/span>\u00a0<\/a>(please check notice e., below)<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iscap.pt\/gri\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/HE-Learning-agreement-Traineeship-KA131-KA171-2023_en-1.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Training Agreement<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(if you are applying for a traineeship)<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Please note:<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0a)\u00a0Only Learning Agreements filled in online will be considered.
