O impacto da robótica na logística

Robotics is currently facing a lack of understanding and investment, which limits the potential for growth in implementing robots in Logistics 4.0 processes. However, with the advent of digitalization, networking, automation, and artificial intelligence, these technologies have significantly stimulated Industry 4.0 and various sectors.
The purpose of this article is to explore how organizations can benefit from leveraging robots to optimize their logistics processes, thereby reducing time, human resources, and financial costs, and to define models for the application of robotics in logistics.
By conducting a systematic literature review, we can gain insights into the different types of robots available, the advantages and disadvantages of their application, and the critical success factors inherent to their implementation.
Investing in robotics within logistics facilitates managers’ decision-making processes, boosts customer satisfaction, enhances organizational competitiveness, and paves the way for new business models.
