About the Conference
The world is being challenged by digitization, diversity, and sustainability. Organizations are considering these challenges at the core of their agenda. So does Human Resources management and development. Digitization, diversity, and sustainability is emerging as the HR strategy and the basis of its operations.
This year's edition of the Conference intends to encourage the reunion of academic and professional Human Resources community in its traditional context – at the Polytechnic of Porto permisses. However, if for some reason you cannot attend in person, you can participate online via Zoom.

- Abstracts submission: until January 31, 2023 February 12, 2023
- Acceptance decision notification and orientation about the publication opportunities: until February 28, 2023
- Full paper submission (according to the respective journal guidelines at the Easy Chair Platform): until April 10, May 31, 2023

- CiIIRH Networking: 2nd to 5th may 2023
Publishing Opportunities
Conference Proceedings
Publication of all abstracts in the conference proceedings, - Proceedings of the International Conference on Research and Intervention in Human Resources (indexed to Google Scholar), with ISSN 2183-2455. A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) number is assigned to each abstract accepted to the conference.
