Publication of all abstracts in the conference proceedings, - Proceedings of the International Conference on Research and Intervention in Human Resources (indexed to Google Scholar), with ISSN 2183-2455. A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) number is assigned to each abstract accepted to the conference.

ORIGINALITY AND COPYRIGHT OF THE WORK SUBMITTED TO THE 11TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON RESEARCH AND INTERVENTION IN HUMAN RESOURCES

We assume that the submitted article / abstract is original and has never been previously published or presented t another scientific event.

The inclusion in the 11th IIRH Conference implies acceptance of the transfer of the copyrights of the works sent to the Organizing Committee of the Conference, which now holds the exclusive right to publish, in the ways it understands, the content of the article / abstract accepted after the review process. Unaccepted papers / abstracts will be returned to authors without disclosure.

After publication of the articles, by the Organizing Committee, the archive in the institutional repository of the article in the published format, as well as its disclosure, is authorized, provided that in the register it is linked to the publisher's page.

Book Collection "Gestão e Desenvolvimento de Recursos Humanos, Publisher Vida Económica

Within the framework of the XI edition of the International Conference on Research and Intervention in Human Resources (CI-IIRH) - People first - digital, diversity and sustainability, it is intended to open a call for another publication dedicated to organizational practices in the fields of sustainability, management of diversity and inclusion and transition to digital. However, and as in previous years, we are open to receive contributions on topics related to other relevant domains in the area of ​​Human Resources Management and Development.
The shared chapters will enable a new book from the Human Resources Management and Development collection, edited by Vida Económica.
This is perceived as a unique opportunity for HR professionals to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in this field, to strengthen relations with academia, in a clear approximation between the professional entities which represent and the different academic institutions that, in different ways, participate in the event.
The institutional website of the IIRH conference will host the logo of the participating entities in the publication.
