Guidelines for paper submissions

Participants may submit research to be presented as oral communications in the different thematic areas of the conference.

 Submissions may focus empirical studies, theoretical proposals, intervention projects, or on best practices in HR.

 - Abstracts must be submitted by February 12, 2023 through the Easy Chair platform.

 - Abstracts must be between 500 and 700 words and include 5 keywords

- Abstracts can be written in English or Portuguese

- The abstracts will be subject to a review process by the Scientific Committee, considering the following evaluation criteria: (i) originality/value, (ii) theoretical and empirical foundations; and (iii) structure and coherence of the text.

- Each participant may be the author of several communication proposals according to the registration rules

All accepted abstracts will be published in the Proceedings of the Research and Intervention in Human Resources Conference (indexed to Google Scholar), with ISSN.

Participants with accepted communications will have several publication possibilities (see Publishing Opportunities menu)
