2025: ICOMS 2025 – Book of abstracts of the International Conference on Organisational and Management Studies

The book of abstracts compiles the research works presented at ICOMS 2025 - International Conference on Organisational and Management Studies, hosted on the 29th and 30th of May 2025 at ISCAP Porto Accounting and Business School, under the scientific coordination of CEOS.PP Centre for Organisational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto.
