Abstract

This article aims to understand how companies can create relationships and communicate with their target audience and customers through online platforms. Nowadays, technology and the internet are part of almost everyone's daily life, so brands and companies have also had to adapt to this phenomenon. E commerce has also become one of the most used tools by consumers, and with that human contact with consumers has been lost. To combat this lack of personal communication, companies had to adopt a strategy to create relationships with their customers through online platforms.
