
Carina Cerqueira, a researcher at the Center for Intercultural Studies (CEI) at ISCAP–P.PORTO, is participating in the COST Action RETHINKBLUE Mid-Term Conference, taking place from January 27 to 29, 2026, in Tallinn, Estonia.
The international conference brings together researchers from across Europe to critically reflect on the impacts of the blue economy, with a focus on sustainability and socio-environmental justice in maritime spatial planning. In this context, Carina Cerqueira presented the paper “Coastal Memory and Blue Justice: Women’s Voices as Storytelling Portraits of Maritime Life.”
