Holds a PhD in Public Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Evry in France. Since 2007, he has been a Coordinating Professor in the area of Tax Law at the Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration of Porto (ISCAP), where he teaches curricular units in the area of Tax Law. He has experience as a teacher in several higher education institutions. He has published several papers in national and international journals, as well as participated in several conferences related to the area of taxation. He also collaborates in the editorial project Lexit (annotated and commented tax codes). He is a member of the list of arbitrators in tax matters of the Lisbon Administrative Arbitration Centre. He is currently a member of the Scientific Council of ISCAP, CEI and CEOS.PP.
