Sara Cerqueira Pascoal is a Professor at ISCAP since 1997. She has a PHD in Romanic
Languages and Cultures, a Master’s degree in Portuguese Culture and an undergraduate degree in Modern Languages and Literatures (Portuguese/French). She is currently doing research on Portuguese travel literature of the XIX century, applying a geographical approach to these texts. She teaches Argumentation Theory and Practice.
Her research interests range from Visual Rhetoric to Semiotics, Intercultural Communication, and Portuguese Culture.
