On March 3rd, at 6:30 pm, in room 011, the Masterclass “Latvia: An Introduction” will take place as part of the Master’s in Intercultural Studies for Business.
Speaker: Andrejs Veisbergs, Professor at the University of Latvia. Author of about 400 research publications since 1985, devoted mainly to translation and interpretation, languages, borrowing, Latvian, language policies, language contacts, and lexicography. He is the author of the largest Latvian-English Dictionary. He is also an EU-accredited interpreter.
