Anastasiia is 24 years old, from Ukraine and has been living in Portugal since 2017. A final year student in Translation Consultancy, she always knew she wanted to follow this path – a demanding one, but one that she embraces with dedication and passion. During her internship at the Centre for Intercultural Studies, she used the tools she acquired during her degree to contribute to our projects.
Calm and thoughtful, with a talent for languages, she masters Ukrainian, English, Portuguese and has knowledge of Spanish, French and Russian and finds pleasure in reading, puzzles and music.
As a final year student, Anastasiia is considering her plans for the future: she wants to be a translator and interpreter and is thinking of sharing her native language with students in higher education. She also dreams of a social media project to support those who want to learn new languages.
