CEI researcher Carina Cerqueira presented the paper “Intercultural Recognition as an Opportunity to Promote the Business Relationship” at the SALES SUMMIT 2023 of the Porto Executive Academy, ISCAP, on 5 May 2023.
The communication focused on contemporary life, marked by digital preponderance and international presence, which requires daily intercultural recognition. The intercultural space as a space for critical reflection and creative thinking provides the right skills to create, maintain and strengthen business relationships. Using case studies, the communication provided an understanding of the relevance of interculturality as a tool to promote quality business relationships.
