The Centre for Intercultural Studies (CEI) of ISCAP-P.PORTO was the only polytechnic higher education institution to be invited for the founding group of the National Network for Intercultural Studies (RNEC), officially presented during the closing session of the VII International Congress on Intercultural Studies, organized by the University of Aveiro on October 23rd. In that session, CEI had the honour to present RNEC and the state of the art in Cultural Studies in Portugal.
In this initial stage, RNEC includes seven Portuguese research and higher education institutions, dedicated to developing research, innovation, training, and dissemination actions on Cultural Studies.
The quality and relevance of the scientific research developed by the polytechnic in general, and by CEI and ISCAP-P.PORTO in particular, has been, once again, publically recognised.
