The StreetArtCEI project (streetartcei.com) has been updated with the fruits of the last months of intense field work. To the existing routes were added 60 new POIs and 525 new images, so the StreetArtCEI project now has a total of 2865 images, distributed by 375 POIs.
To the Archive were added 90 new images kindly provided by spontaneous collaborators. The entire collection contained in the spin-off project “Street Art Against Covid” was also inserted in the StreetArtCEI project’s website. “Street Art Against Covid” will remain as a testimony to the works that emerged during the long months of the pandemic.
We remind you that the StreetArtCEI routes include Porto (Boavista, Bolhão, Constituição, Dragão, Marquês, S. Bento and Trindade), Greater Porto (Vila do Conde, Senhora da Hora, Maia, Matosinhos, Leça da Palmeira, S. Mamede Infesta, Leça do Balio, Vila Nova de Gaia), Aveiro and Rotas de Autor.
The next phase of StreetArtCEI will include new fieldwork campaigns, new routes and research texts, as well as an update of the subproject on street music.
