Heritage and memory are crucial elements in family businesses. Family businesses play a leading role in national and international economies, representing a significant portion of the business fabric in various contexts. However, despite their social and economic relevance, the conceptual definition of these organizations continues to spark intense debate in academic circles. This article, based on a literature review, aims to contribute to the semantic and aesthetic reflection of the family business.
