1. Deadlines:

Winter Semester/Academic year: 1st June

Summer Semester: 1st November

 

2. Procedures:

All students must fill in the e-application form.

Before starting the e-application, students must read the requirements and prepare all the necessary documents beforehand:

  • Official nomination: all students must be officially nominated by their Home Institution to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

  • Language competence test: all nominated students must send us a proof of their English competence (minimum B2). In alternative, the candidates should write an online test, under surveillance, in which they must get at least a score of 70%. A copy of the result should be uploaded in the e-application form. The test is called TESTPODIUM - test level 2 and you can find it here. Candidates just need to register at the website and do the test, which takes about 30 minutes. The English Test result/ English Proficiency Proof is and must be uploaded in the e-application. 

  • Documents to be uploaded in the e-application (all documents should be saved as JPG / PNG /PDF and properly signed before uploaded):
    - Photo;
    - ID/Passport copy;
    - Language competency test;


         - Learning Agreement (please read these guidelines before filling it in); 

         - Project Description;                                                                                                                         

         - Training Agreement (if you are applying for a traineeship)

 

Important Notices:

a. Courses will only be offered if a minimum of 15 students are enrolled.

b. Enrollment in the "Project" course will be only allowed under very special conditions (please check Exchange Programme).

c. If students have a good command of Portuguese, they can pick courses from the regular Portuguese Programmes.
